1. Introduction

2. Transport Agreement
Subject of the Agreement: Transport of passengers from the departure to the destination point for a fee defined by the valid price list.
Contract Conclusion: The agreement is considered concluded upon reservation confirmation and advance payment by the user.
Rights and Obligations of the Provider: Providing safe, timely, and high-quality transport in accordance with the agreed terms.
3. Passenger Obligations
Compliance with Rules: Passengers must follow the code of conduct during the trip, including driver instructions.
No Smoking: Smoking (including e-cigarettes) is strictly prohibited in all vehicles.
Liability for Damages: Passengers who cause damage to the vehicle are responsible for repair or cleaning costs.
Seat Belt Use: Seat belts must be worn at all times during the ride where available.
4. Vehicle Access
Priority Access: We provide priority boarding for persons with disabilities, elderly passengers, pregnant women, and parents with small children.
Luggage: Standard luggage is allowed according to the terms defined during reservation.
5. Payment and Cancellation
Payment Methods: Payment is available exclusively via bank transfer. Payment details are provided upon reservation confirmation.
